Middlebury CV Starr School in Germany, Program Design and Assessment Spring, 2020
As part of a 3-person team, created report on how to improve student awareness of intercultural competence during the study abroad program cycle, including needs assessment, literature review, logic model, design and assessment plans

University of California, San Diego, Marketing and Recruiting Fall, 2019
As part of a 4-person team, created marketing and recruiting plans for the Globally Engaged Tritons program for the International and Out-of-State Student Outreach Office, including a lead flow plan, competitor analysis, and strategic initiatives

Peace Corps 2015 – 2017
Included the position of Resource Volunteer, training new English Teaching volunteers
Pre-Service Training (Nomgon, Mongolia) June 2015 – August 2015: Intensive 3-month field-based training consisting of over 200 hours of Mongolian language, 110 hours of technical training (ESL), and 68 hours of cross-cultural training, lived and interacted successfully with a Mongolian host family during community-based training
